HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT IN THE PHILIPPINES

NEED: Establish Human Resources policies, processes, and practices by our Human Resource Management Consultant in the Philippines particularly:

Reviewing and correcting or enhancing contracts with the employees and the Employee Handbook, Employee Manual, or Employee Code of Conduct.

Duration: One (1) to Two (2) months

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Management of HR administrative services (On-call basis)	Employee Relations Employee Orientation on Code of Ethics and Company Policy Awareness Contract Administration Performance Management
HR Policy manuals and procedures
Formulation of Code of Ethics
Formulation of HR forms, guidelines on employee discipline, contract, and other forms
Recruitment when necessary (On-call basis)
Role definition and profiling of competency requirements (Job Description)

Not covered in the services are:

Processing of payroll, timekeeping, maintenance of 201, and other administrative details

Administration and inputting of data to HR Information System

Employee technical and behavioral training
