This 1-day Basic Leadership Training in the Philippines is designed to equip emerging leaders with fundamental skills and strategies essential for effective leadership.

The training is divided into two modules: Leadership 101 and The CONNECT™ Strategies.

In the first module, participants will learn about garnering respect, building trust, providing and receiving feedback effectively, creating a happy, satisfied, and contented work environment, and developing both professional and personal relationships with team members.

The second module, The CONNECT™ Strategies, focuses on connecting various aspects of a team member’s role to the larger organizational goals. The training aims to build a comprehensive understanding of essential leadership skills that foster a cohesive and motivated team.
