MODULE 2: INDIVIDUAL STRESS/PRESSURE ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS

This module will allow the participants to study themselves and analyze what normally or usually causes them feeling stressed or pressured at work, what the real causes behind them are, and what they can personally do and with others to avoid or control them.

  • They will further understand why these aspects stress and pressure them by utilizing the Five (5) Whys method

MODULE 3: SELF-LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

1 hour & 30 minutes

One of the reasons people get stressed or pressured is when they cannot lead or manage themselves to greater productivity. This module will train them on how to lead or manage themselves better so they can be more productive and less stressed or pressured.

DAY TWO

MODULE 5: BEST PRACTICES IN STRESS MANAGEMENT

1 hour & 30 minutes

The facilitator will share best practices on why he’s the Ambassador for Optimism and how he has managed to never get stressed or pressured anymore

MODULE 6: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

2 hours & 30 minutes

Another best practice on how to avoid or control stress and pressure is when the person knows how to identify and label his and others’ emotions and use this information to manage problem solving and decision making through emotional quotient or emotional intelligence
